After two competitions so far, there are four athletes sharing first place in the Sunderland Harriers’ Cross Country Grand Prix. The next Cross Country Grand Prix takes place at the Sherman Cup and Davison Shield events at South Shields on Saturday, November 19. Open to all Sunderland Harriers’ senior men and women, there are prizes of £150, £125, £100, £75 and £50 to the top five finishers in the Grand Prix table. Prize presentation will take place at the Penshaw Hill race next year.
Points scoring: Harrier League 3 points, North East Championships 6 points, Northern Championships 8 points, National Championship 10 points.
