Several Sunderland Harriers will be competing for places in the Durham County Cross-Country team to contest the English Schools Championship at Nottingham in March, including in-form Mark Smith. Smith, fresh from a 5k PB at last weekend's Parkrun, will challenge for honours in the Senior Boys race, at Meadowfield Sports Centre (DH7 8RS), and a packed programme of all age-groups for boys and girls kicks off with the Year 7 Girls race at 10.25.
