NEW BEST TIME FOR JANSEN IN BLYTH 10KM

A busy weekend for the Harriers continued with the Blyth Valley 10k on Sunday. Leading the way on his home course was local lad Jake Jansen. The day after a sharp short leg at the 12-stage Jake clocked a new personal best on the flat, fast course from Blyth Quayside to Seaton Sluice to record 34:38, good for 13th place. Darren Stoker finished 82nd in 39:35, followed by Dean Phillips, 117th in 41:04, Karl Robinson, 157th in 43:11, and David White, 206th in 45:29.
